Great People and Great Food! I'll recognize Tristan specifically. He may be one of the kindest most genuine people I've ever... met. Everyone at this location is nice, but Tristan really takes it another level. He always has a smile on his face andgenuinely cares that your order was correct and good. We regularly eat at almost any Culvers when we travel, but very few cancompete with Sauk City. Keep up the good work! I would highly suggest that you upgrade your drink carriers to mirror Chick FilA's drink carrier. The current Culvers drink carrier is a balancing act only fit for circus performers which often results inat least one spilled drink on the way home. Read more
Their fries are very good, NOT greasy & always hot, never served ambient/room temp. All custard flavors in cup, sugar or cookie... cone format are about best there is. Michael's custard notwithstanding, the Culver's custard experience is par excellence,highly recommend it. Read more
Hi quality fast food, that isn?t like most fast food. It is actually good. We usually go through the drive through and they give... us a number and tell us to pull up. We never have to wait long and the food is always fresh. The few times we went inside therestaurant was clean and the staff is always friendly. Read more
Upper Midwest's popular frozen custard drive through/dine in. I'm from the East and had to try them out. Culver's is so much... more than their dessert items, such as theur butter burgers. However, we chose the root beer shake. Much thicker than a floatour shakes had a hint of root beer and was much creamery than a common ice cream shake. Love to try their frozen custard treats. A very well run store, everything was cohesive and well run. As a manager at I different Culver's I went through a mental... checklist of everything we strive to achieve and they met each one. The store was clean, we were greeted, the food came outquickly, my burger was made correctly and looked appetizing, and before we left their dining person offered and took care of ourtrash. French fries were dark, dark brown as if cooked once then not used. When we got the. They were soggy and inedible. The four... chicken tenders were 2 inches long at the mist and grizzled.
