So as I read through the reviews I come to.the conclusion that it is most definitely the customer service and management at this... store that must change. Let's talk about my experience with this store on Saturday. I pulled up in the drive through, was askedto place my order. After started over 3 times with my order and the gentleman on the other side still could not get it right. Istarted over and spoke very clear and a little slower thinking he was having a hard time hearing me, then he told me my totaland another gentleman came over the speaker and told me I was being rude and not to be rude to his employees. So I drove aroundto the window and asked who had come over the speaker and the lady at the window replied my manager, so I asked to speak to him.This is where it gets really good, he came to the window very confrontational and I told him why I spoke up and slowed down, hethen refused to serve me my order and banged on window (as I had rolled it up at this point to call corporate office). At thispoint my wife is concerned so she went inside to get his name. Ben was the name we were given. Not sure if that truly was hisname. But that non mistake able piano tattoo on his forearm will sure let you know who he is. I will be hard pressed to evervisit a dunkin doubts again due to this experience and customer service. Horrible service. I understand being short staffed. When I got to the drive through, there was one other car. No other cars were... in the parking lot. We had to wait about 10 minutes to place our order, then had to park and wait for our items, which were 2frappes. The excuse was, they were short staffed and had customers inside! It must have been a huge bus drop off or a whole messof people that had walked there because, like I mentioned, there were no other cars in the parking lot, aside from probableemployee parking (2 Parked along the very end of the lot). This might be the fastest drive thru I've ever been to. The line of cars in the morning can be startling but they take your... order and prepare your order so fast. The line is always moving. The coffee drinks are pretty great too. Read more

I must confess I am very fond of this place. While their food and drink are good it is their customer service that amazes me. We... live in a day and age where the majority of businesses do not put customer service as a priority. But this Dunkin Donuts does.They are efficient, polite, patient and oh so very intuitive. And they multitask quite well. I could go on and on but what Iwill add is if there were 20 stars available to give they would receive each and every star I can give them. Had a good experience and beverages here before. Probably won't be back after today. Trainee on the register with no help on a... busy Saturday morning. Line inside and outside. We waited and waited...ordered.cashier made a mistake. Waited some more. Ordercorected. Pick up area. Waited again (just for a coffee.) Coffee. Plain. Finally asked for our 1 coffee when people behind usgot their coffee ahead of us.. Was treated rudely and very poorly by manager (?) When I asked about the coffee. She gaveunnecessary and unpleasant commentary. Busy? Yes. But unorganized and rude. Guess drive up gets higher priority than customersstanding inside. Hmmm Read more
