I usually love this location and am so pleased / impressed with their efficiency, correct orders & friendliness. However, the... past few times I?ve been here over the past 2 weeks I?ve been mobile ordering through the app with a size perk upgrade - my past4 orders have not been upgraded and some have even been a size smaller than what I ordered.. This is literally the worst Caribou I have ever been to in my entire life. First of all their customer service skills are... extremely underdeveloped. Secondly, I had visited this Caribou for my birthday drink. They did not have the drink that I had inmind so I was reflecting for a moment what I could possibly change the drink to. It was literally 3 minutes before they weresupposed to close and when I stated what drink I would like instead of the one I originally had planned, she said they were nowclosed and then I would not be able to order today. I asked her why it was closed when it was literally 3 minutes before theywere supposed to be closing, and she simply repeated that they were closed again and to please come back the next day if Idesired to order a drink. Unfortunately, I believe this was a very poor and discreetly impolite action to perform on her behalfas I don't believe the issue was that they were closed. Rather, she merely did not want to make my drink since it was free formy birthday. I have been to the Caribou at the mall and across from it and their employees are extremely polite and serve wellmade drinks. Read more

Everytime I place an online order, the order is either made wrong or simply watered down with melted ice by the time I receive... it. This location can get busy and it seems like the employees aren't prepared for it, however that feels more like a managementproblem overall. Will probably be driving to a further location from now on. Read more
Service was ok. Out of type of sandwich we wanted. Apple fritter was bland. Coffee was good.
