Chipotle service is getting worse, not one person working wants to be there. Not one smile. I understand they are short handed... and I think they need to figure out how to handle on line orders and incoming customers because they can?t handle both everyonejust waits longer for everything. I've been going to this Chipotle for years. The food is good, but the floor always seems to be sticky and the staff is...... well... overwhelmed and crabby? Seriously, it's a good thing smiles aren't required for a decent burrito or bowl. ???????? Read more

I absolutely love chipotle food. I am super grateful for the people that show up. Usually when i order for delivery they forget... a drink or chips or slightly mess up my order & usually im okay with that. However I put in an online order to be picked up thatwas said to be ready at 7:20pm, I did not get my food until about 8:30 pm. I'm very patient & understand that they were busy buta whole hour after promised time? People that came in line after I was there were able to order their food & leave before I did. Read more

I want to start by saying I work on the SCSU campus and have frequently ordered with my team and for events in the past. We... often have minor errors with our orders and don't even bother contacting Chipotle. Several months ago we placed an order thatnever arrived. I went through their ridiculous chat option, which is the only way to soak to someone and was promised a refundwhich I never received. Unforgivable, I forgot about it and when I remembered it had been so long that I felt I should justlet it go. After my most recent experience at this Chipotle I can say that I will never eat there again, and will not orderfrom there for my team, or our departmental events, and will make it a point to share my experience with other event plannerson campus. My son ordered a meal on the website which said it would be ready in 10 minutes. It actually took us more like 20to get there. We had to wait for over a half hour after arriving for the meal to be ready. I understand being busy, but thesite should not say it will be ready in 10 minutes if it's going to take nearly an hour. He finally got his meal and we took ithome where he opened it to find it was completely wrong. It had several toppings he had not ordered and was missing several hehad ordered. We checked the receipt attached to the bag and that was correct. It was just made wrong. We couldn't reachanyone and he really wanted his meal instead of a refund so I don't back up there. I admit I was frustrated when I sent to thecounter and said that we had waited over 45 minutes for this meal and it was made incorrectly. That was clear in my tone, butI was not aggressive or offensive. The employee I was speaking to stated to open it to look at it when another young ladyroughly grabbed it from her, opened it and said, "This is right!" Love this Chipotle location! The service is friendly always greeted with a smile! The food is made to order and fresh! The past... few times I have eaten here I have been very impressed by a teenage gal with dark curly hair. She had mentioned she was a newhire but I was impressed by her friendliness and helpfulness. I watched her help an older woman who wasn?t sure what to orderand the kindness and attention she gave this customer was really great! I know they are super busy but this young gal always ishelpful and friendly ! She deserves a raise! My family and I love this place!! Read more

Ordered online for pickup. Ordered Carnitas, got chicken, or what was supposed to be chicken. It was really just a giant glob of... hard chicken fat. Got white rice instead of brown rice and half of the lettuce is brown and rotten. 5 of us ordered andeveryone's orders was wrong. Pre-ordered three hard shell tacos. Received three broken up tacos shells which basically makes it a bowl with tortilla wraps... since the shells were soggy. The workers who were doing the takeout orders were completely unprofessional and acting as if itwas a kindergarten project. One of the workers who were handling the food at the front had her hair completely down. Which canbe a risk hair strands getting into customer?s food. This location was decent once before. It's a shame that the general manager and managers can't do a proper job at training their coworkers to wrap a proper burrito.... If it's not wrapped properly the whole burrito tastes off. On top of that there was no sense of urgency when doing the secondpart of the burrito the guy acted high and slow the whole time he was making it. The General Manager needs to get their acttogether because the chipotle I knew growing up had higher standards then this. Read more
