My personal experience was awesome, a friend and I walked there and we brought cash. We didn't know it was card only but the... cashier(who turned out to be the manager) saw our struggle and defeat- she then slid the box that had the cookies we ordered andsaid it was on her! I tried to give a $20 tip but she was insisting it was too much. So me and my friend were having a crisis onour way back in shock about getting a free box of cookies. Read more
I went here with my friend and ordered a scoop of ice cream (because a regular cup- which I?m assuming would be three hefty... scoops to fill the container- was $6!!) But ordering a scoop (which I fairly assumed would be 1/3 the price) was priced at $3.50or so. I know that my willingness to pay that much to begin with was all on me- but I am just the type of person that likes togamble a little when trying new things. When I received my ?scoop? (if you could call it that) there was barely enough ice creamto cover the bottom of the cup. My friend ordered the same thing and was very upset that her scoop was EVEN SMALLER THAN MINE-which upset me a bit too because that?s just unfair. I?m not writing this review to bash anyone. The girl that served me wasvery pleasant and I?ve been to Insomnia Cookies before years ago in another state and had a much better experience. I just wantwhomever is in charge of the pricing or serving protocol to know that the current conditions aren?t just, and until the priceshave been lowered to fairly reflect the amount of product received, I will be taking my business elsewhere and directing myfriends to do the same. Ice cream and cookies were good but there is no seating if you plan on eating in the restaurant. Only one employee was in the... whole store so food took a while. Overall good experience but everything seemed like it was just thrown together. Read more
Visited the store at 2AM and was pleasantly surprised that the cookies were actually still warm and moist. I realize that?s... their whole schtick, but it?s one thing to claim something, and another to actually deliver. Got a six-pack, and every cookiein it was delicious.
