Been a Peet?s fan for years now. Had been buying their beans and K-cups wishing they?d have a shop locally. Finally realized... that they had a St. Cloud location and was super excited to try it out. Here?s where the downfall for me was. Punched it into myGPS (even though I knew the area well). I circled the block several, and I mean several times until I realized that it was in aCapitol One building! There was a very small unnoticeable sign right below that is easy to miss. Very frustrating, but I was ona mission because I love my Peet?s coffee. Finally found a place to park, and headed inside. Immediately I was very put off withthe environment. I was approached and asked if I was a Capitol One cardholder or if I was interested in signing up for one etc. Also asked if I was a student etc. I was just there for coffee. Sort of made me feel like I was walking into a movie theater tobuy popcorn but not buying a movie ticket. (If that makes sense). But the coffee was fantastic, and the barista was very goodand friendly. Not one complaint is that department. So I guess that my biggest gripe is that this is the only location inMinnesota, and it was difficult to find. And of course the experience I mentioned earlier. I will say that it does make a lot ofsense having one in that location catering to local students and their credit card holders....but for a Peet?s lover justlooking for a cup of coffee, it?s just very inconvenient. Hoping Peet?s will add more locations and standalone stores. Read more

Always so nice. They do free coffee on Wednesdays for students. Just bring your school ID and any medium on the menu is free.

Very convenient location with good parking options on the street. Very nice employee and great tea and coffee. I love the matcha... green tea, Earl grey and chai tea. Prices are a bit high, but they offer lots of discount days. Read more

All but 1 or 2 of the baristas are very friendly. Today I had the nicest barista that I've encountered at this location. Very ... refreshing! She should be commended. Fast service, good product, clean facility and great deals for capital one customers keepme coming back. Read more

The staff wasn't friendly or really inviting at all. It was like they were annoyed I was there, or that it was like I was doing... something wrong. I left right after I got my drink and said thank you and got no response. My coffee tasted like it had cinnamonin it, when I ordered a caramel macchiato. I eventually threw it away because it was all I could taste. It was expensive, forwhat I got. As a barista at a Starbucks, I know that these problems could be fixed easily if they just were more welcomingthere, and if they were a little bit more caring when they made those drinks. I don't think I'll ever go back, but ifimprovements were made I would. Read more
