Ordered a Taco dinner with everything but was lucky enough they didn?t forget the meat lol. Without the toppings, it shows &... tastes just how dry the carne asada is & the toppings are what freshen & bring it to life; I?m pretty sure they used to givelimes & put cheese on the beans as well, not sure what?s going on. Positives: Steak tacos are delicious. Negatives: Poor customer service. On February 3rd, 2022 @ approximately noon. Poor... attitudes from wait staff. I waited for 3-4 minutes and next in line. Another person approaches and the cashiers take his orderbefore me. Rather than argue I left and won't return. A little training goes a long way. Read more
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to you about my extremely poor experience at one of your locations. This was my first time... visiting Ta Canijo in Sauk Village, IL at 1445 E. Sauk Trail. My order number was 103 and I order three chicken taco dinnerswhen my food was ready the cook only gave me one taco dinner and when I explained to the young lady who had a VERY poor demeanorand was extremely rude and disrespectful. She attempted to argue with me that I did not order three chicken taco dinners andtried too overcharge me for more. I informed her I will just return it and get my money back which I paid in cash I gave her thereceipt and the order which was unopened she did not want to refund our money and she provided extremely poor customer service!I am very disappointed in this establishment and customer service. This person does not to be employed here and if this is howthis establishment conducts business I will not be returning and neither will many others. Read more
