Store was clean, staff was just average. She took my order never gave me a number, then when my order was ready she called a... number and didn't know who I was. When eating the sandwich, chicken was Luke warm and cheese wasn't even melted. Store and fullstaff, so cold food their is no excuse. Read more
Drive thru woman definitely seemed like she didn't want to be there but, it's fast food so who blames her. Food was absolutely... amazing! Thought I was getting a quadruple Texas whopper,no... they gave me a MOUNTAIN of Jalapeños and it was absolutelyamazing! Not only did an employee get angry when I told her she forgot one of the drinks on my order, they didn't follow my order as... ordered. This isn't that big an issue, however, since this is not the same for all my previous orders. An update to my pastreview: I don't know how busy they get, but every time we order from this location, my order isn't followed. I ordered a whopperwith no mayo, no ketchup and no tomatoes. My burger came with SO much mayo that I had to throw away all the toppings I actuallyordered. They also didn't add the cheese, which I specifically asked to be added. Food took forever. Not alot of ingredients. The order wasn't correct I went back in to make sure I didn't get someone else... order. It took 4 people to try to figure out what I was trying to explain. I gave up and went back outside to head back home .In the vehicle my boyfriend told me his sandwich wasn't what he ordered either. . We like this BK. A lot aren't great, for various reasons, but we make it a point to stop in here. The food quality is routinely... better then other locations. I understand that staff shortages cause lobby closures and shortened hours, but the staff that arehere are solid. Read more
The food was warm, not hot. This has become the new norm. There was only two people working, but they were giving 110%.
