Horrible service in the drive thru. I wanted to order a frozen drink with dairy free milk but the woman helping me said they... don?t use milk they use ?tonic?. I asked what tonic was and she said she didn?t know because she just works there. I asked ifshe could tell me the ingredients and she said she doesn?t know because she just works there. Isn?t that her job?.? She told meagain when I got my drinks that she just doesn?t know. She said she had access to the ingredients list but never offered tocheck for me. It seemed like she was just too lazy to offer good customer service. So disappointing. Young, red headed girlwith tattoos. If this review would have been a couple of years ago it would have been 5* but the last 6 times I have gone to get a coffee I... have had to wait at least 10 minutes each time... With only one person in front of me. I hear that they are have a staffingshortage so maybe that is always the issue. But when in a hurry this is not the place to go. Read more
I needed a place to hang out while my pet was undergoing surgery, I'm from across the river, I explained to them I was going to... be hanging out for a bit as I had no where else to go - the ladies were super nice about it and totally understood thesituation. ..not to mention the latte and bagel I got was dynamite! Waited 35 mins for a coffee. They gave me the wrong drink after repeating it 3 times when I ordered it. Was late to work and... couldn?t wait to have them fix it. Much quicker to go to Starbucks and actually get the right order. Read more
