Waited in drive through for ten minutes while workers chatted (we saw) to be told pop machine isn?t working and we had to pick a... different drink. Waited another ten minutes on top of that for our food and the order wasn?t right, as suspected. Will not orderfood from here again. Most Dairy queens make a good hot fudge sundae. This was good too. Employees were pleasant.

First things first, this Dairy Queen provides disappointment 95% of the time that we walk through the door. Among some of the... problems are as follows: understaffed, crew not trained properly, very disorganized, and many of the orders are lackluster orserved inaccurately. However, this recent experience was the icing on the cake, so to speak. To preface, we paid about $16.50for three small sundaes exactly like in the photo shown. When ordering, we had asked for extra topping - as you can see, wereceived under the minimum, even though we had paid extra. Such was mentioned to the server, but they were apathetic in responseand didn't do anything about it. The soft-serve ice cream itself hardly reached beyond the rim of the cup. One of the customersended up waiting in line for nearly 10 minutes to ask for an extra side of topping, ice cream melting in theprocess. Unfortunately, we could have gone to the store and bought at least 3 large tubs of ice cream for the same price. Iwould recommend this to anyone looking for ice cream. Bottom line: lackluster service and product. Very disappointing. Also tonote: No apparent manager on duty, majority of the staff were young, contrary to staff during the day.
