This place used to make my favorite pizza in town, Hawaiian with green olives. Since the new owners, or maybe there's a new... pizza cook has started the quality has gone down significantly. Last time I ordered the pizza was missing the green olives. Therest of the menu is your standard mediocre Sault Italian fare. It's not bad, but it's definitely not outstanding. Read more

Absolutely disappointed in the cooks that are ruining the reputation and the severs and management that required me to pay for a... disgusting plate of food I literally did not eat more than 3 bites of. Home fries tasted like week old onion rings, eggs werewet, bacon half raw after waiting a half an hour at least for a our food? Do not waste a cent of your money here. You're willget better service at McDonald's and less buyers remorse Read more

Gino's has been a favourite for my family for some time. One of the best places for breakfast in the Sault. Plenty of vegetarian... options and service is consistently fast and friendly. Had the garden bowl on my last visit and would definitely recommend, itwas delicious and a very good portion. Read more

Service was not good. My husband got his meal about 10 minutes before I did. He got a hot meal and I got a salad with grilled... chicken. They forgot his gravy and forgot my chicken so it took even longer. By the time he got his gravy the fries were cold.My salad was supposed to be a geek salad but it sure was not. Mostly romaine lettuce with a sprinkle of dice tomato, a fewcrumbles of feta, a few red onion pieces and some black olive slices. It was 97% lettuce and where was the cucumber? Thewaitress didn't come around to ask about our meal and left without saying anything. The lady at the bar checked us out. We willnot be going back. Read more

Great breakfast menu, we all enjoyed the food. They were very accommodating for us. We tried to dine in, but my son was not in a... very good mood (4yrs old) from traveling and they very nicely agreed to make our order to go even after seating us. All Staffwere very friendly. Read more

This place brings back so many memories and the breakfast is still as delicious as it was 20 years ago. I grew up always going... to Gino?s on the weekend with grandma and grandpa. I would toss coins in the fountain or just visit with the owner/waitresseswhile I waited for food. I was a chatty little kid. They always made me feel at home. A few years ago I went back for the firsttime in over a decade as I?ve lived away for a while. The waitress recognized me and that made my year. I hope this placecontinues to keep being a staple for Soo for many years to come :) Read more

The 4 of us popped in for lunch. Getting our order to the kitchen was a challenge. Not only did our server not know how to... navigate the tablet - the ordering system did not have customizable options so we had to stick to the menu. So to put it intoperspective you can't upgrade a side salad to a large and pay the difference . This falls on management not the serving staff -either the ordering system is flawed or staff isn't properly trained. When we did get our food - What we expected is not what wereceived. 2 ordered lunch portions and received dinner portions after we stated we only wanted a small serving/ my kids are 11and 13 and there was mountain left over food. As for my order the portion size was small and for the price I paid I expected myplate to be as full as my kids. I've never left a restaurant with a large bill and empty stomach. Immediately after we stoppedthrough a drive-through. We also had to search for our server multiple times to get a refill as our table wasn't checked onuntil the end of meal. We won't be back Read more

The staff were very welcoming and courteous, and make you feel like you're family. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is... fabulous, the prices aren't too bad either. If you haven't had it yet, I recommend the veal parmesan. Overall Gino's definitelyearned their 5 star rating. Read more
