Not what it used to be. Loved having a slice or panzo with my parents when I was a kid. Over the years portions got smaller... while prices went up like crazy. Took my kid today, she enjoyed her pizza, but my panzo was raw and doughy inside. Read more

Overly expensive- but pretty good. Better than most of the chains in the Soo for sure. When the Station Mall was still a place I... hung out I would always find myself drawn to Ricardo's over everything else in the food court. Their dipping sauces areamazing, maybe the best in the Soo. The pizza is great, the big slices always being a top quality and cooked to perfection. Theline always moved very quickly with very little dawdling. Of course now I get to say what I don't like to justify only givingthree stars. It's expensive, even when you're ordering slices at a time it's pretty crazy how quickly it burns a hole in yourpocket if you're paying for a group. Their drinks are a joke, they're expensive and you get less of it then in other placesright next to them. From my experience the service was rude, extremely so. God forbid you stick around for a few seconds andthink about what you're ordering. I cant comment on the quality of the pizza as is delivered, as unfortunately I don't think Iordered it before- but if I can I'll update this review with the experience of just using the app and reevaluate the place. I have eaten this pizza at the mall downtown and it was pretty good. I then ordered a full pizza off skip the dishes and the... bottom was overcooked with the top undercooked and still doughy. I threw most of it out. Barely edible!!!!! Read more
The staff and customer service is terrible. They never pay attention to your order, and they?ve messed my orders up numerous... times it?s unacceptable, and I will no longer be giving this restaurant any more service. Some of the staff is also veryun-friendly and disrespectful, especially one older woman who often works. Read more
If your looking for a delicious good sized slice of pizza Ricardo?s is the place to go. Long time business has been serving the... mall food court for over 20 years. Also has frozen gelato as well as a small selection of quick fast delicious Italian food. Doyourself a favour grab a slice of the meat lovers, it is phenomenal. Read more
Great pizza, panzerotti and gelato. This place is a Sault Ste. Marie staple. I was somewhat concerned when the founder sold the... business as he put his sweat and blood into the quality of the product... which showed with its amazing taste! It tastes likethe new owner may have fiddled with the pepperoni and cheese... Not as good but still very tasty. Read more
