most of the workers are very nice and the drinks and food are good i love the bacon farmers wrap but latley they've either been... putting no sauce on it or the bacon wont be cooked! there is a younger girl there that sounds like kermet the frog and i askedfor a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and the bacon was saugy and wet i dont think it was cooked even a little bit i just pickedthe bacon off but i should have gave it back and got my money back because thats ridiculous Read more
When the teenage employees get your order right it feels like a miracle. However, the food is always pretty good, and the price... is great. I love a nice turkey bacon club on a jalapeno bagle, yum! The food service is great but the other day I made a complaint to the worker at the drive-thru about the abysmal condition of... the drive-thru and parking lot because of the various large pot holes, I asked for her to forward the complaint to her managerand the owner. I went today and the issue has yet to be fixed, it would be really unfortunate for the owner of this Tim Horton'sif one of these pot holes caused damage to someone's vehicle. Update It's been a week and still nothing has been done to fixthe potholes. It's clearly obvious that the owner of this Tim Horton's location is ignorant to this issue and doesn't care ifthe issue causes damage to a customers vehicle. That is very poor management of a business. Sadly, the use of the public bathrooms is quite unreliable as this place often says the bathrooms are shut down for the day.... Otherwise, this location hasn't given me reason to complain and is one of the locations I use more frequently than the others asthis location provides good service and is in a convenient location of the city. Also, they have an ATM at the side of theparking lot which is handy. Read more
The worst customer service EVER! I ordered my drinks, came prepared wrong. The cold drinks were a cup of ice, hardly any... flavor. I did an online survey regarding my experience. To my surprise I received a phone call from Tom hortons. Therepresentative apologized to me, and said to go back and the drinks would be replaced. I went there a couple of weeks later, Iwas told my name wasn't in the book. Tbet then brought the shift supervisor over who immediately stated she wasn't giving mefree drinks. I tried to explain & she stared at me & repeated that if I didn't have a name she wouldn't do anything. I askedher to get the manager to call me whenever she's in. She told me to comeback tomorrow. I asked her to call I wasn't making atrip down for nothing. She reluctantly took my number. I waited but Noone called. The store is dirty, there was flies l over thedoughnuts. Just wanted to thank the young (lady) worker who was about to leave with her mom on Saturday, Nov 26th when I arrived and needed... to use the rest room which was locked.
