I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, bacon and tomato and they didn't give me any cream cheese. I didn't go back... because this is a drive through only location and it took me 20 minutes to get to the window :( I won't eat at this locationagain. How can you forget the cream cheese? It's the most delightful part! I was so hungry after driving 7 hours straight Itried to eat it but it only tasted of dry sadness and broken hopes and dreams :( Read more

This location is ripping people off and not honoring their own point system correctly. Old woman working today refused the size... ordered for a points redemption. Last time same person refused to scan the qr code. Good thing there are other locations inthis city that are owned by different owners so I will support their locations from now on. Read more

Love this Tim Horton's, always my go-to before work. Most staff are friendly and more often than not they make my order... correctly. I will say that, KATE is the most MISERABLE person I have ever experienced. She NEVER smiles, she makes you feel likea nuisance and doesn't even talk to you. It makes me not want to go there in the morning because of her, very disappointing, Ithink she should look for a job that does not involve public interaction. Read more

We went to this location Nov 24 2019 around 8:30 for a quick meal before going on a road trip. The food took well over 5... minutes to arrive. The woman passing us the food to our vehicle had a hand covered in bandaids, some of which were dirty andstarting to peel off. Open sores could be seen under the peeling bandaids. Looking back we should have just driven away at thispoint and not even touched the food and found elsewhere to eat. The sandwich I received has a very burnt crossaint and thesausage patty cold. The drinks we ordered were wrong and also cold with improperly secured lids. We also never recieved ourhasbrown that we ordered. I would never go here for food if you can avoid it. This was a terrible experience and I hope themanagement of that store does something about what was witnessed and experienced. Read more

The service is fairly quick, depending on what others have ordered. The microphone always seems to have some issues, so speak... loud and clear. Sometimes the staff won't understand what you've ordered or they didn't think you wanted a certain item. Pricesare quite low, and its cozy here. Read more
