Of all the "chain" pizza joints in town this is my preferred one. They have some interesting pizza options, as well as a... lactose free option. This isn't gourmet pizza, but it gets the job done. Pickle chips taste alright, but them being soggy iskinda of a turn off. Read more

I found they only had one option for slices. It was a pepperoni slice. I ordered two of them .One for my wife and one for me.... They lacked flavour as far as my wife and I thought. The price was ok thou. Read more

I ordered a pizza and it was late delivery like hour and 15 mins and got brought the wrong order and I called and they told me... While waiting in the parking lot for my haircut appointment with Ezzio's, I saw Toppers and I was like 'oh there's a pizza... restaurant here.' I was hungry and it was the closest place I can buy something to eat. I went in and met this longhaired dudenamed Micheal or Mike, (I don't remember him well). He was super friendly and very helpful. He's ebullient and offered the bestcostumer service ever. Their pizza was pretty decent but what makes me like this place the most is the way they serve customers.Sometimes it's just about providing the best customer service. I was in this Toppers Pizza location and the manager started yelling at the staff in the establishment for no good reason and it... made the person he was yelling at upset. I used to like coming to this location but now that I've seen the management in thisestablishment I will not be coming here anymore. I think staff should be treated with respect. The food is good butthe management is rude and cruel to the Staff. The staff seem very kind and generous in this location and should be treatedfairly. Read more

Toppers is a weird place. At times they can make what I feel is almost certainly the greatest pizza in all of the Soo. Then they... manage to make it somehow comparable to Little Caesars on a different day. Though to be honest they manage to nail it more timesoften then not, and if they mess up my order or if I have any questions they are more than willing to help me out. Not tomention their delivery people are top notch, real elite. So why is it three stars if they got good pizza and good service?Because they got rid of the spicy tomato sauce for the pizza.
