Was a little busy but fast enough. My sandwich was burnt.

I ordered a coffee and an order of bagel minis for curbside pick up. After 15 minutes I went inside to see what was taking so... long, and it turns out they didn?t have any bagel minis. The girl that helped me with my coffee told me she couldn?t refund thebagel minis she didn?t know how and to call Dunkin corporate. Extremely poorly handled. I don?t care about the Bagel minis, orhonestly the three dollars I?m going to lose out on, but the fact that they let me just sit in my car for 15 minutes directly infront of the store knowing what I was waiting for and not addressing the problem is outrageous. The team that runs this Dunkin is super fast and they provide good service. The negative is that the bathroom was filthy! It was... a Saturday morning at 10am, and it was clear that the bathroom had not been cleaned in a few days. You can see where the food itprepared, and that looked clean, so maybe this is not a judgement on the whole place. Also, it was interesting that we did notget a receipt, so we could not take their survey to report this. Read more
