The atmosphere at the Bistro is really nice. We could seated right away but I would highly recommend a reservation. I started... with the local organic Field of Greens. It was big. Easy enough for two to three people. My friend got the escargot. I said itwas really good. I ordered the eggplant rollatini. That was excellent. The main course my friend ordered Radiatori. It was onpoint. I ordered the Grilled Twin Pork Chops. They were cooked a little longer than I like but tasty. The spicy strawberrybarbecue sauce had some kick to it. I would definitely go back. The mussels were so delicious!!!! The absolute best mussels I’ve had in RI! They were in a spicy curry sauce/broth, ooh la... la… I look forward to going back for more! For an entree I tried the chicken parm and it was huge and scrumptious! I do haveplenty for tomorrow’s lunch! I was not expecting the chicken and the sauce to be so tasty! The service was excellent and therestaurant’s renovations look great! I’ve been to this restaurant a few times and I’m always pleased, tonight, however Iwas blown away by the mussels- Wow! Read more

We really enjoyed our dinner at Plum Pt. Bistro. The patio seating was comfortable and relaxing. The staff was friendly and... attentive. The food was fresh and tasty. The mussels were excellent and the pasta with cauliflower and olives was super tasty. We also enjoyed a cocktail and found the wine list to be a nice surprise. They were able to accommodate a gluten and dairyallergy without any issues. Highly recommended! Read more

1st time to this restaurant, although regularly went Ito Raphael's, Providence, years ago, which was top notch then as well.... This visit did not disappoint! Busy, popular, excellent food, excellent food combinations, great service (thank you so much,Francesca, for recommending the fluke!). The Lentil appetizer was delicious, well put together and did not last long on ourtable of 4. We need to go back very, very soon. Thank you for a great meal and experience. Read more

Absolute most try! This is a wonderful (somewhat) hidden gem. Visited while staying in Narragansett and I’m very glad I was... able to find it while randomly looking for something other than fried clams. Had a reservation for 8:45 but was told it wouldbe a 30 min wait - did not bother me because the young lady at the host table was very honest, open and nice about it. Understandable given the staffing issues everyone seems to be dealing with. The outside seating is great and the ambience iswonderful! The service was impeccable and everyone on staff was a pleasure Including our wonderful server. For the food:impeccable I would very highly recommend the octopus- it was so tender and perfectly cooked. The eggplant rollatini was alsodelicious and unexpectedly wonderful. They were out of the calamari but I would imagine that would be just as good. The clamchowder was just perfect In every way possible. Fresh and bright with the dill, loaded with clams. As for entrees, the bistrosteak was perfectly cooked and wonderfully seasoned. The fried were probably one of the best I have ever had - perfect. Thehomemade spaghetti and clams was on a different level - so fresh and delicately made. Also would recommend the grilledswordfish which was perfectly prepared. Couldn’t even fit room for dessert but everything I saw pass us looked absolutelydelicious. I can’t wait to come back and visit again! Read more

Fantastic service, excellent menu with a ton of variety. The spicy lentil ball appetizer was a standout. Cocktails were above... average, too. The Sunset Martini and the South of the Border were excellent. Read more
