What an authentic and special late evening at Angelino! Right on the water in Sausalito across old bridgeway, this is the... perfect date spot! All of our food was outstanding, specifically the farmer's market fresh heirloom tomatoes on my CapreseSalad, easily the best tomatoes I've ever had, they were glistening on the plate. The fritto miso was light and perfectlycomplimented the fresh brightness of the salad. Hospitality from Pasquale and the team was elevated, professional andexceptional. During the day the restaurant transforms into a fresh Italian bakery, opening earlier in the mornings, around 10am,offering a selection of fresh breads and baked goods highlighting their family recipes. The House Bread is fluffy, soft anddelectable, so good that I will be coming back to check out their morning bakery! Amazing place, looking forward to my nextvisit! Read more
I live in San Francisco and never mind the drive to beautiful Sausalito, but last night was definitely the last visit at... Angelino, Their food is good, last night didn’t disappoint the pizza was good. But the customer service and attention from theserver was beyond horrible, I must say I was observing and came to realize my mother (who’s it was the first time in Sausalitoand I was thriving to give her the best experience) were being treated differently than everyone else, we are latin and so wasthe server,the server realized my mother didn’t speak English since I was translating everything for her; and still keptasking for the drinks in English, he just stood there with a bad face and attitude from the beginning, 15 mins later we got somewater from them and our drinks got there 27 mins later (they were Diet Coke when we had ordered ginger beer, so it took themanother 8 mins to bring them; after I realized that other two tables who got there after we did, got their drinks and appetizersI went and told them we had been ready to order our food, the server said in Spanish in a very rude tone (what do you want?) Iordered pizza;.. he never checked on us, and after 15 from our pizza arriving he brought the check and didn’t say a word, justleft it there. It was 49 dls, we payed with a 100 dollar bill, and got 1 dollar back, I got up and told him I gave them 100, hejust made a bad gesture and pulled the check tab from me and trew the other 50 in it, didn’t say a word. My mother was veryuncomfortable from the way we were being treated, specially since we were able to see the attention our sever would give to theother tables, I believe this is probably one of the first times I have felt discriminated, and the saddest part is we werediscriminated by another Latin person,it’s a shame, the place’s food it’s good, it always is, the location it’s great,but the customer service is by far one the worst I ve ever had. This is literally my favorite restaurant in Sausalito! I don’t even know where to start… the bruschetta, the cauliflower... appetizer, the pastas and risottos are AMAZING, and the owner Elizabeth is there making sure you everyone is happy. The food isliterally to die for, from the salads to the appetizers to the pasta and main dishes… I never miss a dinner when I am inSausalito! Just go! Read more

Great food and atmosphere. Unfortunately there were several things that led us to give a 3 star. The woman who was at the front... yelled across the room at the bartender - very unprofessional. Wine bottle we ordered was a 2018, bottle that was brought tothe table was a 2020. Was not expecting the burrata to be half of a portion. Read more

Service good Food good View wow Decor good Upmarket restaurant We had two salads, foccacia and octopus. A lite meal and a break... from the fried food we are having, it was amazing. Simple food done well and it was delicious. The place was fully booked insidebut room on the bar, it was either outside or the bar, we picked the bar! The bar tender didn't look too impressed as his barwas filled with dining patrons. As soon as we were seated out came a linin place mat, cutlery rolled in a napkin and a glass ofwater. Not bad for a drinksologist. He took our drinks order and our food order, it was a good experience in sousalito. Read more
