Beautiful day for a lunch outside. Solid place for cocktails (the ginger margarita is delicious). Great food and place to catch... up with friends, however the service was terribly slow. It made our dishes not as warm which was really frustrating. We got thePEI mussels which were delicious but they didn’t give you enough bread for how much broth was in the bowl (you know you wantto sop that up). Possibly my favorite place to spend an afternoon, I loved the food, I ordered mushroom ravioli and the explosive combination of... ingredients made a party in my mouth. the sangria was a very good choice and all this to enjoy the excellent view they havetowards the city. the service which can be rated an absolute 5 is the best, from check in to check out you can feel welcome andaccepted. Lovely view, great service, and great food! Probably the best Shrimp I've ever had. Great selection of drinks of alcohol and... non alcohol. You won't be disappointed. Sit inside or out. Only issue I had was our table was quite sticky before sitting ????. But that's my ONLY complaint. We'll be regularly coming here. ???? ???? Read more
My husband and I feel so lucky that The Barrel House Tavern is our neighborhood restaurant. The views are great, the food... delicious and the staff courteous, fast and friendly. I always feel so welcome the minute I walk in the door. They make gooddrinks too! Read more
Went on a weekend around 3pm and it was able to get a seat, but recommend doing reservations. Drinks are good and consistent,... food is delicious. Personally our only complaint is that the crab cakes are very small, and it only came two. The ahi tuna tacosit’s definitely our favorite appetizer, and the steak sandwich is delicious as well. Great food with the best view over the bay towards SF! I can strongly recommend this place for the view! I had a burger which... was great. Little pricy but it’s a top location with attentive server and great furnished. My wife had ravioli with wildmushrooms. Overall her dish was a little liquid. Read more
Great place, amazing views. Clam chowder is on the lighter (not so creamy) side with whole clams which I prefer. The kale salad... was really good. The butter had an odd aftertaste (like buttermilk). The calamari was done well. Overall, recommend! :) Read more
A nice place to have pre-dinner drinks. It has some great food options too. This place is beautiful with plenty drink options.... Happy hour was ON until 7 pm, isn’t it great :). Great beer and wine options and you can order oysters as bar food under happyhour too. Bartenders were really sweet and friendly. Overall a fun place to be at. About the location - it’s located atSausalito downtown at a prime location. Walking distance from the pier and bars, in case you want pre-dinner drinks at adifferent place. I did that. There is plenty of parking available at 3 min walking distance. Parking is metered and is around $3per hour. Overall a great place to have drinks. I would definitely go back! Read more
