The Panda Express in Sausalito is located in a convenient location off the 101 freeway. This location feels clean and new.... However, important for me was the food. While visiting this location, i was highly disappointed by the lack of dishavailability. I never been to a Panda and observed simple dishes such as Chow Mein, Rice, and Teriyaki Chicken unavailable. As iinquired about the dishes, the counter service person responded in a uncaring manner. My negative experience snowballed intoother aspects of the restaurant, but important for me was the lack of food availability. Read more
I?m 16 years old and got food here last night and woke up at 2:00 AM with the worst nausea i?ve ever felt and could not stop... throwing up all my food and i?m still experiencing sweats, dizziness, nausea, and a headache, the next day, and I believe I gotfood poisoning as I had all the symptoms for it right after only eating at panda for dinner yesterday, I got the beijing beefplate with cream cheese rangoons and chow mein . At this location i?ve seen hairs in my food before once, but decided to givethis location another chance as it?s been months since the hair incident but i?ve learned my lesson to never come here again.This location may look clean on the inside as other reviews like to note however the way the food is handled is extremelyquestionable. I can?t understand why they never have anything I order. Once they were out of Orange Chicken, raggedy! It has to be one of the... busiest Panda Express?s in the area, I get why they run out but the manager should order more food. Don?t try ordering from theapp unless it?s early morning or well before 6pm, they turn the online orders off really early. If you do get an order in go todrive-thru or you?ll be standing in the lobby looking goofy while they ignore you. Service is subpar at best for a fast-foodfranchise. Read more
Always love stopping by a Panda Express.... Food is delicious and customer service is always outstanding. Was going to take... pictures of my food.....
