My girlfriend and I stopped in for wings and beer before heading to the casino for some fun. We ended up trying their new... Flatbread honey BBQ pizza and their boneless wings. I have to say we both really like the pizza, it was fresh, full of chickenand flavor. Normally we go with bone in wings, but when they brought us the order of boneless wings, we both felt they were thetastiest and freshest boneless wings of any Buffalo Wild Wings in the metro. The meal was good, but the service was horrible. Our food didn't come out at the same time. The sauce for my tenders was wrong.... Our server, who was also the bartender, didn't come over to tend to us even once, though she had plenty of time for everyoneelse. She even passed our table on multiple occasions. We only saw her twice: when the food came, and when she brought the bill.Didn't even ask how anything was, only if we wanted a box. Didn't even ask if we wanted dessert. My wife and I came to your BWWs restaurant and it was buzzing with activity. We were sat down right away, and our server had our... drinks out and took our order within minutes. We were delighted with how quickly everything went, but then the food came out. Weordered four types of boneless wings, but ALL of them were overcooked or incredibly stale. My wife has TMJ, so it was nearlyimpossible for her to chew on any of the wings we were served. She mostly ate the lukewarm potato wedges we were served rightaway. The wings were well-sauced, but the hardness of all wings was off-putting. Our server also didn't check in on us until itwas time for the bill, so neither of us got refills on our drinks. We typically come at least once a month on Thursdays, but ifthis is what we can anticipate in the future, it might be best for us to find a different location or just a differentrestaurant entirely. Please do not ever come here at all. Worse experience at a restaurant I ever had. We called in advance to make sure they could... seat the big group we had. When they said it was alright I was actually surprised because it was getting kind of late and we hadover ten people. Once we got to the restaurant they seemed surprised to see such a big group. We waited at the door for almost15 minutes while there were many open tables and we didn?t care at all if they had to separate us. When they finally came to us,they told us we they couldn?t serve us. We wanted to know what the reason was because it was a long drive back home but theyrefused to tell us. All they?re little employees started to gather around yelling at us to get out as we?re demanding a reasonwhy we?re not being served but not a single person had an answer. Finanly, they?re manager came and told us that a few of uslooked familiar in a fight that happened in the parkinglot. Keep in mind 90% of us never came to this restaurant ever. So wewanted to know who ?looked familiar?. They could not point anyone of us out and told us that they will call the cops. We leftand will never come back.
