During peak times the restaurant can be uncomfortably loud. Can't have a conversation without yelling at each other. The Poutine... is awesome, I always ask them to not salt the dish at all. Had it served a few times too salty to eat, no salt request hasresolved it. Servers have been good. The brunch and lunch have garnered the best service. My friend and I visited Crooked Pint this past Friday and were pretty pleased with our dinner. The wait was about 20 min, which... was typical for an early Friday night, but our food wait was a little more than we hoped for. We had the Gigantic Pretzel as anapp, Prime Rib French Dip sandwich & French Dip Lucy (burger) as our mains. The French Dip sandwich was great & had flavor, butthe French Dip Lucy was a weird dish. My friend ordered it medium rare, which it was cooked correctly, but the cheese inside theburger (to make it a Lucy burger) was an overwhelming amount and took away from the rest of the dish. Our server lacked service. The food for the most part was tasty, so don?t let that deteriorate you from trying this place. The... juicy Lucy hamburger I had no cheese ooze out and it was pretty tough so much so, I couldn?t eat it. Looked delicious. All otheritems no complaints. Read more
Came here on a Friday night, wasn?t too busy at all. Our server was slow and didn?t check up on us at all. For starters we got... the totchos, nothing special, and they took forever to come out. Then we got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the walleyefillet dinner. Chicken sandwich was standard, walleye fillet was soggy and just didn?t have a good batter on it, I sent it backcause it wasn?t good and nobody asked if there was anything wrong with it or if they could get me something else. We went on a Saturday night for dinner the server was nice however when we ordered our drinks we asked for an appetizer, however... it never came. The server came by and said our meal will be out shortly so my wife asked about the appetizer and she said oh mybad it will be coming out with our meal at that point we said never mind we don?t want it with the meal. My daughter asked forher sweet pickles that came with her burger on the side, didn?t get the pickles at all and charged us .75cents for them. Iordered a Juicy Lucy and the top part of the burger was raw latterly cold. I?m not one to send food back you never know whatwill happen to the food when we get it back. Went on a Friday night, seated immediately, not busy. Ordered Taco Salad and Salmon bowl. We were assured that the fish was... fresh and wouldn't taste fishy, parts of it did. Expected pricing, waitress was nice. It was ok, food was average. Might go backagain. Read more
This visit was night and day different than the other location I have visited. This visit was great. My Nashville Hot Chicken... Sandwich was perfect. Not too spicy or wet, but hot and juicy. Fries were piping hot and well seasoned. Good service by Tyler.Will visit this location again. Read more
Sat at the bar for dinner. Sandwich took almost an hour. People who came in after me got a Jucy Lucy before I got my sandwich.... It must have been forgotten, and been sitting awhile, because when it finally came it was cold, as we're the fries. Mentioned itto the bartender. She smiled and walked away. Asked her for a refill of my soda, but I guess they were too busy talking at theother end of the bar, because she forgot. I couldn't even finish the sandwich.
