I have only had good experiences here... Friendly staff, good drinks, nice atmosphere. Only 'complaint' (if you can call it... that) about Dunn Bros. in general, is that the prices seem a little higher than competitors, but it's not by much. On theup-side, I really like their app and rewards program! Great coffee. Tip: If it's in season, try the Pumpkin Pie Latte! It'sthe best pumpkin latte out there!! Update: Still a strong 5-star! Stopped in recently and the owner and I had a nice chat whileI waited for my coffee drink to be made. I also tried an edible straw and just want to mention it because they are fun and only$0.50 right now!! Give it a try, people! Super fun!! Such friendly and helpful baristas here too. Worst clientele I've ever seen at a coffee shop. Either kids running around everywhere, boomer women gossiping constantly, loud... people on video meetings, or even all three at once. There are also people who operate their business out of there which isbizarre. Feels more like an office cafeteria or a children's day care than a coffee shop. Not a great place if you want torelax or work on something. Two stars because the coffee is consistent and the staff are good. Read more
This is my 3rd time coming here! 5 stars! First time I ordered a carmal almond latte litterly amazing second and 3rd time I... ordered food and this time when I ordered my food I said I'll just wait few minutes outside come back and check if my sandwichesare done before I even was going to check if my sandwiches where done one of the employees came all the way out to bring me mybreakfast sandwiches I can not fit everything in such a small review but this place is truly wonderful ???? Great place, very clean and quiet for studying! I have to add wonderful service! Their sandwiches are so amazing!! The owner was... so very kind and concerned if I wouldn?t enjoy the sandwich he had made. However, it was so delicious! I am definitely comingback! My favorite coffee chain in the twin cities. The espresso drinks are not watery like at other (mermaid-branded) coffee places,... the beans are expertly roasted in-house so you know everything's fresh, and the staff know their product. Read more
