Used to love this store. They moved everything around and the layout is great but 50% of the time the app that tells you where... things are located does not match where it says it is. Something located in aisle 18 at the back of the store is really at thefront of the store. When you let them know this, and have said it on 3 different occasions nothing changes. Employees at thefront of the store direct you to move to another lane and the lane is closed? Customer service flat out ignores you. Registersare malfunctioning at self checkout, and it's become a draining experience to shop here rather than enjoyable like it used tobe. Read more
Really gone down hill. I hope they get the help they need but I?m not shopping there until then. The last several times I?ve... been in the meat case meats are literally browning, meats are dried out, and it really gross. I went over to the deli to getsome sandwich meat, came home and the edges are dried out which is really annoying at $10/lb. This is the only store I have towalk around and check the expiration dates for everything because 95% of what I bought yesterday expires within 2 days. I had myhusband grab one thing and the thing that he grabbed was expired and I didn?t notice it until right now. There?s so much expiredfood on the shelves? Read more
Staple in the community. I?m impressed that shelves were stocked instead of the turkey bacon/turkey items. Fun area with ?The... Candy Store? so many options for people that have a sweet tooth. Dedicated area for pets with an extensive catalog of treats anditems. Health/wholeness is a key focus at this location. Great visit Read more
They recently remodeled and it is huge. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Navigation of the store was a little difficult,... but they have a pretty big selection/options for everything. I will definitely go back. I had accidentally forgotten a couple ofitems on the counter when I left, I called and came back within 7 minutes. They already put them away, but I was able to getthe items and talk to the manager. Read more
This hyvee is amazing! They have such a good selection of everything! The prices are great and the products are top quality.... Loved the Basin section. I worked with the representative who was SUPER knowledgeable about the soaps and bath bombs and allthings Basin. I love the concept of shampoo and conditioner bars and trying to use less plastic in day to day life. Wonderfulstore!! Highly recommend! Read more
