Wish the play area had more options for small children. The structure here is more challenging to navigate then most and the... toddler area is a joke. Food is still great. Choosing how you order is neat. I like using kiosks and my wife prefers face toface. They bring the food to your table so they have become more of a quick serve place. I don't mind and like the directionthey are going. Everything except the play area. Read more

Worst customer service ever, who ever owns this location obviously do not care about people's feedback / concerns or else they... would trained they employees different. The manager believes he is the owner of the block and instead of helping in deescalatinga bad situation or problem chooses to be rude. They obviously don't care about making money or the place getting shut down do tono customers. Who would want to go to a place where you know you will be mistreated and on top of that pay for it? Yes. I am rating a McDonald?s a 5 star. Today I brought my autistic daughter for breakfast. The service was EXCEPTIONAL, the... order was 100% accurate (even with my requested substitutions), the restaurant was VERY clean and the environment clean, modern,comfortable and relaxing. Even the play area was exceptionally clean and of a high quality. While I would NEVER go a full 5stars on a McDonald?s, the service, the cleanliness, the experience, the obvious care shown by all employees and the visiblehard work by the whole staff earned them this review. Terrible Mc. D. Do not recommend. Ordered a cheese burger only to get no cheese. Went and showed them and was given a plan... cheese burger. I never once said I wanted a plain cheese burger. No ketchup, no mustard, no pickles, only cheese. Only wantedcheese on my regular cheese burger, didn?t ask for a plain cheese burger. They were polite but it was obvious English we need ttheir first language. Not returning to Mc Donald?s anytime soon. Read more
Honestly one of the better McDonald's I've been to. Sure sometimes they get congested during rush hour, but I can ALWAYS count... on my food being quality. Shout-out to lunch rush crew, for always getting my orders right, and maintaining high qualityservice. Read more
Update 12/6/22 - Stopped to pick up a convenient lunch today. Let?s face it, MCD is supposed to be consistent if nothing else.... Today my fries were cold and had no salt on them. My drinks were not filled all the way and the apple pie I ordered was expiredby a day. Not good! See photo. Only stopped be a use I was in a time crunch. The drive through was very slow. Read more
