Poor service ordered online waited 5 minutes told them it was an online order and they just started making them do not recommend

Very clean. Service was great. Would eat there again.
We had called in an order and the lady was very respectful and was telling us she was having a hard time hearing and we... understood but we continued our order. We showed up and got our food and all the sandwiches looked smooshed and had no veggiesor the correct sauces. So we call to see why they were made like this and we were on the phone with an employee and there wasanother employee in the back yelling saying she just guessed on our order because she couldn?t hear. This is un acceptable, weshould have been informed that they had guessed. And we did not get a receipt. Read more
It's a Subway. Nothing special here. It was clean and the food was good. On the plus side, they really loaded my sandwich up... with toppings. Definitely not skimping on this one. It didn't seem like there were many other lunch options in the area. Therewas a sketchy looking Chinese place next door, so we chose the subway. Next time I'm in the area, I'd probably go back. Been to dozens of Subways over the years. This location in Savanna, IL. seems to stick out at one of the best ones I've eaten... at though. Always a friendly staff and they don't shy away on the toppings like most do. Read more
