I?ve lived in the Savannah Area for a year now and this is by far the BEST food I?ve had here yet! Obsessed! Quick service ,... very friendly. Read more
I?ve visited this restaurant two times now and would not recommend anyone to waste their time with this poorly ran... establishment. The first time I went the food was cold and when sent back it was cold again!! I decided to go back becausealthough brought out cold, the food was overall pretty good. I went back on their ?college night? where they supposedly have ahalf off menu specifically for college students. One of the menu items included half off of the drink towers which areoriginally $50! Half off of $50 is $25 right? Making sure that this was correct myself and the rest of the people at the tableasked to verify if this was the price before we ordered it, which she agreed it was. When the tickets were brought out thepricing was wrong and we were being charged full price for the drink towers! When brought to our servers attention; she told themanager and she discounted the mistake but only took off a portion which was not 50%. When our server brought the tickets backand we again had to let her know that it was incorrect, she brought the manger over who then tried to argue that the pricing wassomething higher than what our server told us. She then could not show us on the menu the pricing that she was trying to chargeus and was forcing us to pay a higher price than what was told. As a manager, she should have taken accountability for herservers mistakes and made the change to the bill instead of arguing me down about a price that was inaccurately described to mytable. I?m sure there were others that were inaccurately charged at the end of the night but I?m not the one to try to get overon. You all do not need to run these specials if they will not be honored completely. These specials were also advertised on myschool?s social media which was another reason why I chose to come, so If they are falsely advertising information, that issomething you need to correct with them before more and more people are scammed out of their money! We ordered 3 different flavor of wings. Hot, sweet and spicy, and lemon pepper. One we got all drums, there were no flats. Two... the meat was not cooked all the way. I felt like they were still slimy. My boyfriend thought I was being picky and ate all thehot and most of the lemon pepper. Needless to say he woke up early in the morning with food poisoning. I did a pick up order and I'm not even sure how to explain it. It went from I didn't place an order to, yes we have it and a ten... minute wait. And side note, the atmosphere wasn't what I expected from the website. I had the 10 wing meal that came with fries.My wings were sweet and tangy and garlic parm.
