I reserved a large ham on Monday before thanksgiving and was told I could pick it up any time Wednesday before 5. When I... arrived and presented my reserved ticket I was told that they didn?t have any more ham. The young ladies bagging the turkeyswere very nice and accommodating. I am a frequent customer & went yesterday to pick up over $100 worth of items. I stepped up to the counter & was yelled at to... "step back" by a female clerk. I tried again to step forward to pick up my order & pay and again I was yelled at. There was nosign telling me where in the world I was suppose to stand. It was a very unpleasant interaction & is no way to treat goodcustomers. I'm not sure I'll be back. Life is too short to deal with mean people. The other gentleman at the counter was verynice.
