We went there for a dinner on the way come from a long day. The servers was friendly and seated us immediately. There was... definitely a friendly environment the day that we went there. Both of us haven't been to Applebees in a while and were pleasedwith the choice. The food came out fast and the server really seemed to be enjoying herself. No complaints from me. This is the 2nd time I placed an order and paid in advance and each time there's something missing from the water this time an... entire $15 salad was missing and we had to wait almost an hour for the food and in on my order I also had chicken tender Andthere's only 5 in the Box and out of those 5 one them was nothing but a bunch of crunchy burnt batter. Went for a birthday dinner. Nothing fancy. The food was good. The dessert was great. The waitress was pleasant.
The hostess was so mumbled. We walked in and she said "you with the 8?" I had to ask several times. They were short staffed so... we had to wait. Which is no problem at all. Our server (Patience) was incredibly nice and pleasant. She did well. The food wasnot great. My daughters steak was way over cooked. She ordered med-rare. She got a well done steak. If you go in with lowexpectations you'll have a good meal. The worst part about any bees is the customers. They are so abusive it's annoying towatch. I think they think they're rich because bees is a restaurant. But honestly, it's not a great achievement and you need tohumble yourselves. They seem to like it because they feel good bullying the staff and acting like royalty then not tipping andjustifying it because they had a lemon on the glass or whatever dumb thing they complained about. Our server was sweet, you could tell she was new, kept apologizing, and seemed super nervous. We ordered 2 quesdilla burgers, a... bacon cheeseburger and oriental chicken salad as well as the combo appetizer. The food was cold. The bread stick that came withthe salad was hard as a rock also it was missing the rice noodles. The quesdilla burger tortillas were almost burnt. The bun onthe cheeseburger was burned for most of the bun. The quesadilla burgers didnt have any salsa on them. The spinach Artichoke dipwas not scolding hot like it has been at other locations out of state. It had been years. Probably won't be back for a while. Read more
Now, I used to not like Applebee's but I went there tonight for Happy Hour and they have a new menu. The skillets are really... good and so was my $5 drink. I left full and feeling good. Great improvement! Def going back! Read more
