Ordered the new Philly cheese steak sandwich. It was very tasteless. Service was good which is why I gave it 2 stars.
Everything was fresh. Im assuming they make everything fresh to order, which a lot of restaurants should do to avoid food being... wasted at closing or returned in reference to it not being fresh. Having my food correct and fresh makes me want to come back asa customer. Read more
Been by Arby's store on Mall Blvd. 3 times on 2 weeks.Wanted milk shakes. There milk shake machine has been broken every time I... went. Person at drive thru window said it would be at least 3 months. Bad news. Went to Arby's on Abercorn St. Got what I wantedsuper quick. Lady at drive thru window was very pleasent. To bad I have to drive 4 miles out of my way when Mall Blvd. Arby's is1/2 mile.away. Read more
Love to stop by Arby`s for the famous half pound roast beef sandwich. I've been at this location several times......Terrible... customer service, drinks have a "strange smell", roast beef on sandwich not fresh at all (hard and dark brownish colored), rudepeople working at the drive thru. Need to reconsider stay on business or re train employees !!!! Read more
I recommend there new Deluxe Steak burger with crinkle fries or curly fries & there strawberry lemonade. However even though... sometimes the drive thru is slow. The service and food is good. Also give the cashier an awesome raise. Read more
Normally I would give this location 5 stars but tonight my sandwich looked as if someone had sat on the box and crushed it and... there was barely any meat on it at all. I've been going to this location exclusively for over 20 years and have never gottenfood like this before. Y'all need to do better. Read more

Drive thru.. classic roast beef never enough meat (3) thin slice with abundance of arby sauce, cold hard old fries. Not worth... the price to return. Read more
