I got to this restaurant at 8:10 pm on a Saturday (10/29) and was told they were out of chicken. I asked if more could be fried... and was told they only had tenders. After further questions, I was told that I would have to wait 20-25 minutes. I am extremelydisappointed with this visit. I shouldn't have to ask for more chicken to be fried at 8:10 pm and the establishment closes at9:00 pm. Read more
I had a great experience at Bojangles today. My order was taken over the phone. The one who took my order told me to come on and... it would be ready In 5-6 minutes. It was and he helped my husband bring my 20-piece family meal to the car. The customerservice was wonderful and our food was delicious. Everything we ordered was correct. I told the cashier that I hadn?t had bojangles in a hot minute and if it was possible to give me a extremely fresh Cajun filet ... biscuit. She made sure to tell the cooks to drop a fresh one just for me and it was extremely fresh out and good. Very nice ofthem! ???????? Read more

Went there after Sunday services, there where people waiting for the order over 10 minutes, people waiting to place orders as... well as and myself. I departed after a 15 minute waiting and so did the two people ahead of me. Out of the several employees Isaw working in the back, the manager, finally came up front to take our orders, after informing us, he'll be right the in just aminute. It seem as if they were trying to focus only on the drive thru. If they were only going to serve the drive thru, thethe dinning area should have been closed.
