By far the slowest service I have ever dealt with at any restaurant. Staff was rude to many customers, when customers were just... wondering if anyone was seating. Started wondering if anyone was really even working here until the workers did show up at thefront just to ignore us anyways. At least when we finally did get seated our order came out right and food was good. Still tookforever on that. Customer service is definitely a thing that all workers here need to work on. Read more

Ordered online. Arrived at the time given to pick it up. 3 other people where standing at pick up counter for there food. No... employee was at the counter. After standing for 20 minutes, someone from the bar came up front to try and help us all. I waswaiting 20 minutes for my order. One of the three people that was there before I arrived, was still waiting on her food, when Ileft. When I later opened my order, I realized I had an item missing from my order. I paid for the full order , but I didn't getit. There were maybe 6 other customers in the restaurant. Read more

Sat at our table for 15 minutes then a server not even waiting on us got our drinks and said ? I think she is coming to get you?... then we sat there for 10 more minutes. Just had to leave - they did comp the sweet tea. A town wings is way better and you canplace your order there. Read more

I have tried Buffalo Wild Wings twice and I just can't. It's the presentation and timeliness. Ordered online and the wait was... fifty minutes. We ordered 1-15 piece and 1-6 piece the Tuesday B1G11/2off special giving us a total of 42 wings. The saucesare good. Wings are a hit and miss, several were fried too hard. They threw the wings in the bag and sauce was everywhere. This was done the previous time I ordered as well. It is VERY annoying and messy. Also, wanted to order the nacho--it was notavailable. Service was good, but the majority of the menu was unavailable. Our waitress was very attentive and she gets 5 stars. The main... reason for the 2 star is having an employee walk past our table stinking of weed. We confirmed it was an employee because whilepaying our bill the same employee walked out of the kitchen area and walked by with the same smell lingering behind him. Whilethe food and service was very good, my family won't be back to this location. Read more

I brought 30 pieces of wings half teriyaki and half Buffalo and there were delicious it was my first time visiting, I will most... definitely return for more of there wings. Customer service was awesome thanks Buffalo Wild Wings. Read more

Excellent service and the most yummy nachos ever.... yum yum yum!!!! The waitress (I think might have been new) was jobbing-out... helping a few of us, then a large group descended on us from another universe. I thought... "omg, the poor thing, she's gonnabreak down, and we'll either starve and die right here, or all the orders will be all jacked up it will take all night to sortit out... omg." :-/ Whoa... She's fricken pro and did a great job keeping all of us satisfied and under control; everythingwent well and all the orders were perfect and went to the right table and person- Wow! At this particular location on Abercorn my wife experienced very difficult service we was giving out food but it was like 45... minutes before we even got our order. Once we got our Food my wife eating her food she bit into one of her quesadillas and thenthey told her that it was a piece of an onion when she didn't do the onions and her quesadilla but it was a piece of paper whenyou took a picture of it so prior to that we didn't even get service on dreams and take like 45 to 55 minutes every time man sowe got frustrated another waiter to give us drinks and then she forgot us for 35 minutes. I give it a 1 rate because we weretreated very poorly. The staff was horrible. We sat and watched them greet other people at their table asking them if they wouldlike a refill but yet they decide to pass our table by that was very rude. And we came every customer giving them our money fora exceptional service but they failed to do that very disappointed in this particular Buffalo Wild Wings . Read more
