I always use the drive thru when I go to this place and the experience is always laughable, they are always high! Not only that,... the food is always cold! And, not only that, the staff are always a bunch of kids that don't know how to talk! I rarely go thereanymore, but when I do it's the same experience no matter the time, season, day, or year! kinda funny, good ole B.K. for ya!This location is laughably horrible, but looking at the other locations, this is like the Hollywood location compared to theothers LOL! kinda sad! It's like the upscale version of all other locations, hahahahahahahaha! And this location is the one Ihate going to the most, and the lines are always relatively small! One thing I do not love is spending hard earned money on terrible food. Took me all of 5 minutes to get home, had to put my... fries in the air fryer as they were cold and the bun on my burger was hard. Not to mention the girl in the drive thru spoke withher head turned and never once looked at me, treated me as if I was some big inconvenience while keeping her employed. Do better Read more
The rudest employees I?ve ever seen. Lady manager was rude, employee recorded us for no reason. Meanest people running this... restaurant. My recommendation? Shut it down temporarily, replace everyone in there. Food was mid. Nervous our food got spat infor no reason. Charged incorrectly. Wrong order. Read more
This place is TERRIBLE.!!!!!!!!!!! Pulled up to the drive threw to be greeted with. ? what you want? and than ? you want a drink... or nah? than got to the window didn?t speak one word to me. Asked me to pull to the side so I did. Waited with other about 20mins. For cold food. Never again will I give my money to a Burger King. It's a very clear Burger King and I've never had any issues anytime I have been there. The staff is friendly and they always... get my order correct. If you're in the mood for some Burger King then this is the place to go. They have a large seating areahowever there isn't a kids play section at this location. It's an easy on/off if you are traveling on interstate 95. There'salso a gas station and liquor store next to this location as well as a Subway and other stores. Read more
This store only has 2 employees at a time working. It takes some time for you to get your meal. The last meal I ordered was four... ham and cheese croissants 2 for my husband and 2 for myself. The croissant bottoms were hard as a rock and it tastes like theyonly put it in the microwave for a minute or 2 because the meat and cheese were very cold and so was the top half of thecroissant bun.
