3 pm on a Tuesday and you mean to tell me there are no orders being taken right now? No closed signs or anything. We pull around... and the employee's are outside being loud and ghetto, smoking cigarettes. Will never recommend this company again. Do better.???? Read more
I have no idea how this store is still open. The last 3 times I've gone there in 2022 they have either closed early not taken... orders or Taken over 30 minutes for a small one person order. If you can manage to catch them while they're open or are willingto wait for the long service time, the food is what you would expect from a Burger King. Read more
I ordered a 8pc nugget combo, a #2and a chicken combo as well. The lady that was at the window need a raise. She was expediting,... drive, front and the sandwich board. She handle everything. I'm convinced the people that work there are happy to see people drive away without ordering anything in the drive-through. I... can't think of any good reason when there's only one customer ahead that it takes an extended amount of time for them toacknowledge you at the order point. On a previous visit, I was told they're only doing mobile orders. I wasn't sure what thatmeant, and got no further explanation. I think it's indicative of a bigger trend in Savannah. We pulled up and could see two workers sitting at the table inside talking, during open hours, which is fine but we still expect... to be served. We waited at the window for several minutes and was never greeted or asked what our order was. We ended up goingto McDonald?s next door which was busy. Based on the line, others probably did the same thing we did. Both Burger Kings onAbercorn have provided the most horrendous service we?ve ever experienced. second day in a row they haven?t been taking orders for different reasons. tried to get breakfast today and nothing indicated... that they were not taking orders at the moment until someone walking outside yelled at my car saying they weren?t taking ordersin a nasty tone. a sign or blocked off drive thru lanes would?ve been more effective. I stopped to this place on my way out of town.. I wish I would?ve just kept driving. Just a lost of $10 for a Number 1 Smh..The... tea was disgusting, The Fries were tasteless and half raw and half full, The tomatoes on the Whopper were sour and the meattasted like propane gas.. and the drive thru cashier basically threw my change at me.
