This Chic Fil A has gone down hill. I've been going there for 11 years and these last two years have been gradually getting... worse. The service was first to go down, I still went there from time to time because it's the only fast food that I eat.However the quality of the food has also gone down. They've burned my fries a couple times and last night I got home andrealized I was missing a bun off of two of my sandwiches. ????????? When I called to let them know, the manager did notapologize. Normally I?ve not had any problems with this chic fila, but lately every single time it?s an issue. I went there today and a... Crista Medley who I assumed was the manager from her uniform was rude and kept making me yell out my order since she wasstanding so far back from my car. I took it as maybe she feared for Covid and didn?t pay any mind to it however I get my foodonly to be disappointed again. The fries were lukewarm, the burger was soggy, and I didn?t get even get a straw or napkin so Ican spit it back out in. This location was convenient since it?s literally 5 mins from my house but I?d rather drive the extra15 mins to a different location than to be disappointed every single time. Read more

This location's drive-thru is very efficient. Even during peak lunch or dinner time, I can still get through the drive-thru in a... reasonable amount of time. I typically use the mobile order feature and receive my order exactly as it was placed. Read more

Pulled up to the new Chci fil A and found it packed like usual. But this time it has two lanes. The workers were out like usual... and the wait time has decreased exponentially even for a chick fil a. We go the minis and the coffee and it was on point. Prettyhard not to have 5 stars at a locations. Would recommend this one for sure since it is brand new ya dig. Read more
