Love it! Tried the Bluffton spot first and was hooked. It's a fun little southern style venue that has charm. Yes it's a chain... but the customer service is excellent. You can order online and pick up or you go online and order to dine in; staff will bringyour order to the table and you get a number. The salads selections are fun and creative. The person that helped me was clearly having a bad day he said he was "tired". I resent spending $30+ on chicken salad and... having to deal with unapproachable, uninviting & unenthusiastic staff. Delicious! Of course I had to stop in and look over the menu. Very impressed with the choices. I opted for a croissant chicken... sandwich with French dressing, along with fruit as a side. Beautiful presentation with a packaged cookie that tastes great. Toosweet for me though. The sweet pickles also made the made tasty. I'd recommend this place for breakfast and brunch. Read more
1st time trying this place. I ordered to go. I had the Fancy Nancy chicken salad sandwich on the croissant and side of pasta... salad. It was good but the pasta way over cooked and very mushy. Very small sides I felt for the $. The soda machine was beingworked on so I tried the lemonade. No ice :( .. but man oh man .. the strawberry lemonade was delicious! I will try again asthey had many fun choices of chicken salad, and next time dine in so I can get a nice refill of the strawberry lemonade ! Read more
Finally got to try Chicken Salad Chick yesterday after having several friends rave about this place. The amount of chicken... salad flavors blew me away. Staff was very friendly and helpful in informing me of all the options. The eatery was nicelydecorated and clean. Will definitely be back to try another salad soon! Read more
