Service was terrible! I went out for lunch on my birthday and our server wasn?t too friendly, she seemed annoyed with me and my... family. It wasn?t really busy at all because it was around 3 so I thought we wouldn?t have too wait long . Also the server knewit was my birthday and she didn?t say anything just thought that was rude. The food was a disappointment as well, my husband andI ate there a month ago and food was amazing so I thought that my experience would be good for my birthday, but I was wrong!Will not be going to this chili?s ever again! Service was good but food was not. Pasta dish was not hot, chicken fingers were greasy and the garlic bread tasted like a dirty... grill, with black stuff that was on the bottom, we didnt see until we tasted it. Read more
I visited here on May 31,2022. They seemed short staffed but the bartender (black girl) was very attentive and generous. Food... came out swiftly... and the food and my drink (Bloody Mary) were both quite delicious. ???????? Read more
One of my favorite places for a date night! The employees are always friendly and accommodating and the food comes out quickly.... Their sirloin steak is fantastic, and my husband is a fan of their Cajun chicken pasta. The queso burger is delicious too! ?? Read more
Id give zero stars if I could. Sat for 10 minutes at the bar before anyone even came behind the bar, the lady who took our order... forgot our fries, didn?t say more than three words to us the whole meal, and didn?t check on us one time. We wanted to ask aboutthe southwest egg rolls that came out looking rotten. Had to ask a manager for her to come over and give us the check aftersitting for 15 minutes waiting on her to come close enough to wave her down. Our server Jimaya was amazing. Pleasant demeanor, extremely accommodating and checked on us 3 times after we got our meal. The... GM Kevin also made an appearance at our table and showed off some southern hospitality...even though he's a transplant fromCali. The food was tasty as well. Read more
Could not figure out where to eat after having such terrible service at another restaurant. Did a little search on Google maps... for restaurants open now chilli's was the third option and 3 is my favorite number so we came. thought it would be a minutebefore we got seated but sure enough we were immediately seated. The server have great suggestions . Though the pasta was dryand noodles still hard she was able to run I'm the kitchen and fix the issue. Overall turned out to be a good spot. Read more
Not the best experience. After long drive made curbside order at 9:50 pm. Curbside delivery was no. Existent. After no... response from the checkin finally realized I needed to go in where I found order sitting under door dash. Medium steak was verywell done. Disappointing. Read more
