Food is good, but they are consistently closed when google maps says they are open. I go to chipotle at least once a week, and... at least half the time they are closed midday, or there is a sign on the door that says ??temporarily closed? or ?online ordersonly?. There seems to be a management problem in terms of a disconnect between service time and what is advertised online. Read more

This is the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been. Staff is always in a bad mood. And if you have to order online( they are... understaffed, just close main the door and don?t place a sign) expect your order to be cold. Only Chipotle in town, not worthit. Read more
Today we were tured away at the counter because they were roo short staffed to take orders. But we could stand right there & put... in a mobile order. To which I confirmed that we could put in a mobile order but not order at the counter. The last few times thefood as been disappointing at best. Needless to say, I won't be going back. Read more
Edit: Nevermind. Placed an order online, drove a little ways to get there for a pickup at **6:50** and there?s a note on the... door saying they?ve decided to close for the day. I look inside and they are in uniform sweeping and cleaning. Indicating theyjust didn?t feel like working anymore, during what would be the dinner rush mind you, and you would have to call for arefund. Absolutely pathetic. Good place to enjoy a quick Mexican styled meal. Fresh ingredients, the food was very tasty, and plentiful. The staff were... friendly and helpful in selecting a dish. Good customer service. Ordered online for a steak bowl with brown rice and they gave me a completely wrong order. I didn?t recognize the protein. I can... understand if they?re out of steak but they have my contact information from the online order, they can easily call me and askwhat substitution I?d prefer.
