The staff was great and helpful. Some of the food was slight cold from being pulled out of the fridge and being leftover from... last night. My advise always wait for the initial rush to go so you get fresher food. The only reason they got a 4 is due tothe cold food. But their new Garlic Guajillo steak is so dang good. I rarely write a bad review simply because people are human and they make mistakes however this store is consistently unreliable... the doors always locked at least once a week random days and then they want you to order online and pay $2 extra and they'reusually out of guacamole for whatever reason corporate really needs to look into this place as it does not show consistency likeall the other Chipotles. Hours of operation 10AM-10PM. Posted online. Get to the door at 9:15PM on a Saturday night and, shocker! The doors are locked.... It clearly says on the door open until 10PM. Apparently everyone in Savannah just works until they feel like it? Gotta lovedriving 25 minutes to a restaurant that decides to close 45 min early on a Saturday night. October 1st 2022 by the way. At this point, it's just morbid curiosity (and my love for Chipotle) that keeps me coming back. Will they be open, will they be... closed? Will the entire staff be different again next week? Who knows!! What a delightful surprise in store for me each time Ivisit. But....I dare not, and nor should you, order online for pick up, lest your portions be cheated, and your money be spentunwell. The staff is very rude and the location is dirty. I felt like I had my food thrown at me after being dropped into the bag. I... often eat Chipotle and order from the location near my home. I tried this location twice in two days, thinking it could havejust been an off day upon my first visit. Well, it seems to be an everyday thing. The staff was complaining about how hot it wasbehind the counter, and the heat obviously flared their already bad attitudes. I'm only giving two stars because one of the fiveemployees was kind and smiled through the annoyance. The food itself was mediocre at best. The kitchen area was trashed. Theprep table was covered in mixed meat juices and the floors were covered with obvious coatings of the same meat juice and dirt.Something really needs to be done about this. Read more
This location is the worst I been to. All I could eat was the meat and that wasnt all that. My first visit was so so but I gave... them another shot well 2 more and my last two visit was awful not how chipotle supposed to taste and I?m a super big fan of thefranchise so Im disappointed and this the one closest to my house but unfortunately I have to drive all the way to pooler to getsome. Management definitely need to work on kitchen staff work and the line. I also witness cross contamination while I wasthere. So many things wrong please get it together. I?m not usually one to write bad reviews, but this is the most consistently horrible chipotle. They have only done mobile... orders for the last few times I?ve been there in the past few months and you have to wait outside until someone decides to checkon you every 5-10 minutes while my food has probably just been sitting there getting cold. At least let people come in to grabtheir food off of the shelf. Today they were out of chips, forgot the guac on my bowl, and the portions were not wait I paidfor. Got 3 pieces of chicken in this taco, a few pieces of cheese, and literally a drop of sour cream. There has to be aserious issue with management if this location is constantly understaffed.
