To start, Godfather's Pizza is a wonderful pizza place. I'm from Omaha, where it was founded, and the restaurants there are... clean, friendly, and fast. The Savannah location isn't any of these things. You can only order over the phone, and the line theyhave is always busy. Once you get there, expect minimal instructions. Want to go inside to let them know you're there to pick upyour order? If you do, you'll be greeted by some of the rudest staff I've ever experienced. I have enjoyed this pizza since i was younger. They are only offering curb side and limited operation hours for now due to short... staff. Not allowing people inside is a really, really dumb idea. Management/owners here must not be the sharpest tools on the shed. I... don't care much for having to wait in the car for 10+ minutes for someone to run your card and bring your food out. Read more

Ate here tonight for the first time since getting carry out in the mid-90s with my grandma; I thought they'd been closed for... fifteen years or more. When my husband and I found out they were still in business we speculated for a while that it was afront, or a time portal, or something like that. Finally called his bluff tonight to see if the place was still legit. Therewere no rips in the space-time continuum that I could tell, which was more than a little disappointing. Pizza was really good,tho, and I had three slices. That's a lot for me. Especially good was how the crust wasn't droopy soggy. Droopy soggy crust isthe worst. Anyway, yeah. The place is still legit. I had been really looking forward to trying this place. Only to be disappointed. I show up to the restaurant to find out only... curb side. Ok understand somethings happen out if our control we adjust the to be told no menus look on Facebook thats a painfor someone not really on Facebook. So I adjust and do as told then told to call a number to place orders can't get through forabout 5 -6 minutes place order do not have items i wanted (on menu) then approached by a server ask my name can't find my order.That was it.
