Had a wonderful meal and time here! Right on the riverfront with a unique style to it. There's a gift shop up front for their... restaurant. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Our waiter gave us great insight into what was best on the menu forfood and drinks. I ordered the crab and shrimps nachos, which were amazing! I also got a Margherita. I loved all my foods anddrinks. Great place for dining beside the Savannah River. Clean and decorated tastefully for the area's nautical flavor. Clay was the... perfect wait staff; knowledgeable and careful to help us order items that are available. The salads are fresh romaine with lotsof toppings. The grilled fish with rice and vegetables was delicious. The nacho plate was a surprising large appetizer and lotsof flavors. Keep up the great work to Joe's Crab Shack. Read more
Had a challenge with the host wanting to seat us at a small table but once we got past the attitude at the door, our waitress... was friendly and accommodating and just great! Food was delicious and it was a great experience. We sat inside due to the tempsand were able to sit at a booth near the windows. Read more
Please don’t waste your time or money at this place. The food looked good but it was terrible. It was by far the worst low... country boil I have ever had. I was really looking forward in visiting here with my brother, but we were both disappointed! Weasked to split a low country boil between two of us and she rang up two full orders, so we had to pay $90 vs. $45 and I wasted alot of my food because I couldn’t finish it all (which I knew I couldn’t, that’s why we ordered one to share). We werewalking down River St. and parked far away so it didn’t make sense to take the food to go. The waitress wasn’t very pleasanteither. This was a waste of our time and our money. This place was so much fun!! We loved it enough to go back and try more! The first day we got to watch a cargo ship, tugboat ,... ferry and more on the water! Our waiter was so friendly and served a great long Island. I ordered a side salad (great deal) andadded a few of my friends chicken tenders. The second day we split a snow crab bucket with shrimp and corn and it was prettygood. The bloody Mary was fantastic. Even the sweet tea was just right! The gift shop was full of cute items and just a reallywell run establishment. The manager was Bryan B. and he is great at what he does! It's a pretty big place, doesn't have a parking spot but there's private parking near by, it has several props inside including... a shark that looks awesome, several seats in and out, BTW there a big boat parking in the backyard as per photos. In regards ofthe service it was good, took a time for them to assign to us a table and took little bit more to take our order, luckily thebartender was super proactive and help us with everything I'm really happy with the service he provided to us. In regards ofthe food, it was outstanding I really loved the seafood I ordered and the drinks were fun with lights and everything. Read more
The location is awesome! We ate outdoor with a view to the river. It was so relaxing and not crowded at all. Service was okay... overall, waitress did not check with us much, she was busy indoor with other tasks. We had the king crab legs and they weregreat. Read more
I went expecting great tasting seafood for the price they charged but only received about half of what I expected! Steamed... Claims were almost non existence. About 8 or 9 steamed shrimp I paided extra for lobster tail.. It comes with 2 corn on theCobb. 1 ice tea. Total 52.00 dollars Was not seasoned well... service was slow.. probably no wanted to work that night! And tofix this issue? Give me plenty of delicious tasting seafood and it will keep me coming back! Waitress was nice though! Read more
