The ambiance is amazing it’s a beautiful restaurant and the lady playing the piano is a nice touch. The host and waitstaff are... wonderful. The waiter was great very knowledgeable and told us they were out of half the menu. My first choice was Sea basswhich they were out of so I ordered clams over linguine. It tasted like the salt shaker spilled into it. Another person in ourparty ordered the gnocchi and she had the same problem. My son had lasagna and I tried it and it had no flavor. We actually had plans to go eat at another restaurant but really wanted to try this place out so we decided to hit it up for... cocktails and appetizers, unfortunately we had called and they were booked! So we knew it was a long shot but we went anyways,when we walked in we were greeted by Candice the event coordinator and told her we had called and knew they were full but wantedto see if we could sit at the bar. When I tell you she was fabulous I mean it! She was able to get us spots eat the bar and madeit possible to have dinner as well! When I tell you the food and service was FABULOUS I am not lying! Pierce and Cheynne at thebar were the best, we had the best time chatting with them getting to know them and just overall enjoyed hanging out at the bar!The food was top notch, from the drinks to the appetizers to dinner and dessert everything was so yummy! Candice took the timeto tell us about the history of the house, showed us some of the historical side of it, which was amazing and the house isbeautiful. Ms Diana Rogers, the singer, spent time sitting and chatting with us as well! She was such a sweet lady and had alife story to tell! Amazing out side city market fine Italian dining. Made a reservation, not sure if it was needed. Wife was in a dress and I was... in a tie, based on menu. Other customers were casual to very casual (ball cap and sandals). Not a big deal, we were celebratingan anniversary. Our server AJ, was on point with everything. The food was perfect. Just wonderful!! The décor was beautiful. AJ, our waiter, was pleasant and cheerful. The food was AMAZING with so much flavor... and cooked to the perfect tenderness/crisp. And oh my the portions were larger than expected - which is fine with me as Ienjoyed my meal again the next night. I had the Eggplant Parmigiana as my appetizer, Mediterranean Sea Bass as my main course,followed with the Raspberry Cheesecake. I paired this with the Remo Farina red wine. Delicious... MUAH! My family and myself visited here last night. We were greeted with a smile and shortly shown to our table. The wait staff was... wonderful, They knew the menu very well. The ambience was to die for the only thing greater than that was the quality of thefood. We were truly impressed with the wonderful food and the excellent service I can't recommend this place enough. The bestpart is after the meal they offered us a tour in the history of the house.. It was very informative informative and greatmemories. Read more
Absolutely outstanding! Bar is solid and the drinks were good and surprisingly reasonable ($6 for a call old fashion)! Food was... well presented and extremely tasty without being overly seasoned. The Mrs had rack of lamb (purple flower there) and I had ossobucco. Can't wait to go back! Read more
We had a lovely dinner. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly from the kitchen staff to the hostess. Our server was very... knowledgeable about the menu and was very attentive. The architecture was amazing through out the restaurant. If you prefer anoutdoor setting they have a beautiful courtyard.
