As someone who works in the Food Industry I am very understanding and don't typically write reviews. However after our service... last night at this location we will never come back! We literally waited an hour for 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza (only 1 carbefore us when we got in line). There was no explanation no communication or anything to even make up for the hour we waited fora 12 dollar order. Totally unacceptable not to mention the pizza wasn't even cut! Never again! today, on October 9th, at around 7:10-7:15pm we encountered James taking orders at the window. all i wanna say is that this... young man is AMAZING! the line wasn't that long (3 cars), but he took the initiative to come outside and take the orders fromour car, and the car behind us, doing a little jig while doing so! ???? he immediately went to the back to relay the orders tothe people making/cooking the pizza. this young man's performance went above and beyond! this young man will be extraordinary inany and every thing he does if he keeps this same humble and proactive attitude! thank you, james! you were a delight tointeract with tonight! :-) Read more
You?ll get faster service walking to the next Little Caesars. This location is a joke..you will be on the drive through line for... no less than half an hour. They never have anything ?hot and ready?. The employees stay away from & don?t even look at thewindow before or after taking your order, then come back with your food after 30-45 mins of being ignored. You can honk, theystill won?t come. If the sun is down don?t bother. The service couldn?t be slower if an actual snail was taking the orders &making the food. They?re not even going to apologize for the wait; it?s shameful. One of the most inadequate fast-food pizza places I've ever been to. The doors were locked, but they had the drive-thru open... only. It would have been nice if the employees put a sign up informing the customers. We ordered online and had to wait over anhour after the order pickup time. Be better, do better management. Read more
I don't think myself and family would be visiting this location any more. The store was not clean the staff a joke. I walked in... and was walked by twice without even a hello. Calling in is not an opinion because I called and no answer. When in the storephone was ringing and still no one came to answer it walked by as well. The staff as I stated earlier a joke the boys because Ican't call them men walking around with there underwear showing and the pizza maker was in blue jean daisy dukes. When was thisan opinion for working in the public? Lord have mercy just awfully inappropriately staffed.
