I?m gonna be 100% honest. This McDonalds is really awful. When we went and ordered yesterday some girl was asking for our order... and having a full blown conversation at the same time. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and just didn?t care about thecustomers. All I wanted was two happy meals. I didn?t even have a big order but she just kept cackling and carrying on herconversation. If I knew my Husband was gonna drive off so fast frustrated after talking to her I would of definitely told herexactly how I felt. This McDonalds needs a common sense class for their employees. Awful. Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal, after waiting 27 minutes in line, for my child, no pickles. Good news they did not put... on the pickles! Bad news they forgot the meat. Patiently sat at the drive through for a long while with nobody taking my order or responding to me. Pulled around to the window... and the girl told me I couldn?t put an order in because she had already taken the peoples order behind me and their food wasready. She told me to pull back around and get back in line. Management should step down. This kind of experience is what youcan usually expect here unfortunately. Understaffed is no excuse for rudeness or being too lazy to punch in an order for apatient customer when that?s one of your few responsibilities. Read more
You have got to read the whole review...This was the rudest most unprofessional McDonald's I have ever seen in my life. I... ordered two big macs and a large fry at 10:37 pm. When I got home the order was wrong. I went back again and spoke to themanager at 10:55 pm and she said they were closed and I should have come back earlier to correct my order. 13 minutes I wasgone. The manager was so rude and nasty I could not even believe it. She said to come back in the morning and she would fix it.I came back the next morning and spoke with the same manager. First thing she said was"I thought you weren't coming back again."She would not correct my order or give me back my money.
