Pretty rude when we just simply asked if we could order from the counter, and not the stands. One of the employees (I?m not... going to say their name) disrespected my mom, she didn?t do anything. Ordered sweet tea and asked for light ice. I was handed warm tea which I assume was freshly made and then i asked for a cup of... ice and told they charge for it. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. There was ice back at the hotel so I wasn't gonna waste myenergy making a scene. All I wanted was more tea in my cup than ice, cuz the fast food standard to fill cups all the way to thetop only gives you about half a cup of your drink. Read more
I usually enjoy McDonald's but this particular place in Savanah GA was disgusting. The staff was lazy and unfit to be working in... fast food industry. They handle people's food and that's something that a person needs to be extremely careful and conscious of.This staff apparently didn't care. First no one wanted to take any walk-in order someone would tell the customer just order onthe computer kiosk in the lobby. Second the place was filthy. third, the burger patties were raw they didn't even warm them up.I was going to walk out and not even order but my truck broke down and I had no choice. Waiting for roadside assistance and Iwas starving. But the food I bought went straight in the trash. That place needs new management or better yet closed for goodbecause they are going to kill someone by food poisoning. I give it minus 5 stars. Read more
McDonald's by default as I was spending the night at a local hotel and they were open, unlike a few other local... establishments. 15 minute wait in drive thru - only to be met by a cashier who needed a calculator to figure out my change. Shewas nice enough, but even with the calculator made two mistakes. Only after a coworker came over, was the "mistake" resolved. Iwas finally given the correct change. Next time, I'll use a credit card. Food was properly prepared. The drink was cold and thefries were hot. No ketchup or napkins in the bag. Guess I should have checked before leaving. Read more
This is the WORST McDonald?s ever. People who work there around 7 people were talking to each other laughing and paying no... attention to us when we needed help. And this location was out of stock for everything, literally everything we ordered. Read more
Waited 20 min for fries when there was only like 3 people waiting for food, iced coffee was the WORST I've ever had. Super... sweet, watered down, looked like iced tea just disgusting. Also waited over 20 min for a chicken meal. Workers imputed my orderwas ready and I went to pick up they said we just did that but its not ready yet.... huh? Then why say its ready. We all know McDonald?s have long waits and is a lot long lines. Today 10/30/2022 about 2:50ish pm, the young lady at the back... window cashier was excellent. We need more like her. She was courteous and thanked me for my purchase and even said have a greatday. McDonald?s employees hardly ever say those wonderful words. Forgot I was at Mickey D?s. Get to the next window to pick upfood. I for sure was reminded I was at McDonald?s. The guy basically shoved the food out the window. As if he was giving mestolen food I had paid for. When I worked at McDonald?s (years ago 2000?s.) I was trained that if a customer order 3 or moredrinks they automatically get a cup holder. Every time I go to McDonald?s (not much) I have to ask them if they have a cupcarrier. It?s very irritating. Parking lot is directly next to a gas station which is near the highway so there?s a lot oftraffic. Coming in and out.
