Possibly the time, possibly lack of staffing. However we saw multiple people sitting around. People in the back very dismissive... and unresponsive when asked questions. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Every time I come here it's some wrong. They don't give you your receipts. You have to ask... for a receipt. The line is ALWAYS long and slow. The breakfast hash browns are always sour. They are serving food that has beensitting up and spoiled. This morning my breakfast sandwich was wrapped on the wrong side of the paper. Drive thru grounds areALWAYS nasty. I don't even want to imagine what the inside of the restaurant looks like. Staff look so nasty a poorly groomed. Igive up on McDonald's. The usual expected breakfast time chaos. And consider this a warning- the kiosk will cheat you. The staff wants you to use the... kiosk, but the specials aren't listed on the kiosk menu. Don't turn on the arches if you aren't going to open the drive-thru for another 15-20m please. Sat there waiting for the... blockades to be removed for 15m, not much time to wait working 12hr night shifts. Other than that, no complaints. Read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. When my order(51) was ready they called 251. I showed my receipt that said 51 thinking maybe it was... mine. No way 200 people went past me right and the employee said no I said 251 with an attitude. Moments later as he wassearching for who it belong to the other employee he went to who appeared to be a manager gave me strong attitude like I wassupposed to know 251 meant 51 because i used the kiosk (only way they let u order) and that added a 2 to the front. Wth? I wasall good still until she again acted unreasonably rude when I asked for ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. Not a strange requestfor 4 burger, 2 fries, and 20 nuggets. She then put 3 packs of ketchup in my bag. I asked for more ketchup, mustard salt andpepper. She walked away, came back and put some mustard in the bag. I then asked for some salt and pepper again. Then sheswatted at my bag and yelled that's what she just put in there with the mustard. I apologized and grabbed my bag. When I got tomy truck guess what wasn't int the bag. The salt and pepper. Went back in got more attitude when I asked for salt and pepperagain. Got to our hotel and didn't have any of the sauces I ordered for nuggets either. The worst McDonald's experience ever. Posted dining room hours are 11 pm. Arrived at 10:47 pm and was told I needed to use the drive thru. I was on a scooter and no... place to eat my meal. A place that has open hours should allow customers in until the posted hours expire. This is the secondMcDonald?s in the area to disappoint me in their customer service. Really thinking I should stop trying to go to McDonald?s andfind another source of fast food. This is a tough call for me as I am a former McD?s Employee. A very frustrated customer! PS:Five Guys has better food and by far better service! Read more
