Rude girl taking the orders at the drive thru, and she didn't speak to me at all when I got to the window. Just sighed and... rolled her eyes the whole time. The guys at the second window also were incredibly rude. Everyone there seemed to be veryinconvenienced by doing the bare minimum their job requires. Food was cold and gross. I go inside because drive through was long. I ask the manager could she take my order and she told me straight out no. Told me I... had to use the mobile tablet. Food is what you'd expect, but the dining room was terrible. Tables were all dirty, condiment packets covered in goop, the sauce... packets for the McNuggets work properly cut, and trying to open them resulted in ripping a hole in the side. So I go to the drive thru at 7:45 on a Sunday night. Woman comes over the intercom and very rudely informs me they are only... taking mobile orders. So, you are open, you have a drive thru, you have someone on the station to man the intercom and you'retelling me you don't have the ability to punch a few buttons? Instead, I have to go download an app, bother to put so my infoin, place the order myself and then wait in the parking lot for my food? Are you kidding me? I hope the employees there aremaking minimum wage because they ain't worth any more than that. Read more
Horrible mcdonalds experience, they are open for 30 min but won't make any quarter pounder sandwich. They give us half our order... no drinks no coke no teas but charged us for them. Been 15mins since I placed my curbside order and still have yet to get my food. That will teach me to get "fast food" again.
