The manager was a bit loud and yelling who?s orders were up so that was a bit odd. But the other workers there were nice. My... food was luke-warm which was fine, but not the best. My Big Mac had a lot of lettuce on it though which was nice. This McDonaldshas a walk up window which is pretty cool. The wait was a bit long but not that bad. Read more
3:00 pm and they closed the McDonald?s bc they?re lazy they just wanted to be on their phone and told us to go somewhere else!
This McDonald?s needs some customer service training. The older white lady full-filling drink orders was very rude. None of the... employees had name tags on and they were all dressed primarily in street clothes. We were told right at working in Cash onlywhich was fine. I proceeded to give my order in which the cashier messed up. A large Coke and small diet with the kids meal.Some how a medium diet was added. I tried to use my rewards in which I was told I could not. The older women was notcommunicating properly with the young boy cashier. When that was straightened out she dumped out the other Large Diet Coke andpoured into kids(a normal person would of just left it go) The manager Tasha was sitting somewhere in the back. We had to wipedown the table ourselves. The fries came out stale. When asking for a refill we asked the older womens name, she refused to giveand told the young white boy to do it. I wouldn?t expect high class or even a welcome to McDonald?s but to have a phone call while taking my order, pausing me to have... conversation over 5 mins than telling a trainee to take my order, poor boy was confused & didn?t get my order she came back upto retake my order than put the wrong size & tired to be slick n give me a medium instead of what she wrongly took. People were inside but would not respond at 6:43 a.m. . The sign says they are open at 6:00 a.m. Terribly disappointed. Would... give no stars if that were an option. Unable to have anything. Other posts say that they have staffing issues. If they paidwell, they would have an eager and caring staff. Apparently, they're too cheap for that. Read more
The only way they allow you to order is by standing outside the window. They keep the lobby locked so they have less to clean.... Fries are always cold. The only time to receive decent service is before 2pm while the big managers are there. Read more
Waited forever for a fry and a drink while people that ordered way after me were receiving their full meals. Worst part was the... fries tasted stale and there was literally clumps of hair in them. Read more
I will start by saying the food was great. However I had to wait 45 mins, with no where to sit because the lobby was closed. ... If you are looking for a reliable late night spot to get food in Savannah, I recommend this spot. Just understand there willbe no customer service. Read more
