My husband and I was celebration our 28th wedding anniversary on Saturday night, We didn't have to wait for a booth, our server... got was great, although she had 2 other tables besides us. She was very friendly and made sure our meal was good. I don'tremember her name but she had a brown bandana in her hair. We will definitely be back again soon and ask for her. Read more

Service was horrible for having gotten here before the dinner rush. Server insulted us over a slight delay to ordering due to... toddler meltdown. Insult ruined mood rest of meal. Drinks were empty before ordering, refilled one time after wilted saladarrived. Currently 59 minutes in and food just arrived as I typed about the salad. I honestly prefer Outback's usual food toother steakhouses, today, no, 75% due to service. 1hr 35 minutes from entry into building to payment being processed. Thanksgoogle for keeping track of time so I didn't just think it took a while. First time I was agitated enough to start a review inthe moment while waiting. The food was delicious as always but the service on this visit was TOP NOTCH! Our server?s name was Toy and she went above and... beyond to make sure we wanted for nothing. We could tell she was busy tonight but she still gave us the best service ever. Shewas kind and patient with our toddler and made our visit exceptional! Tia was phenomenal in her customer service! Food was delivered quickly and accurately. She made sure we didn?t go without... refills, was very quick with our request and attentive to our needs. She wasn?t an overbearing server which I love whenever I goanywhere to eat because who constantly wants someone asking them questions while trying to eat. Will definitely return due tohow great she was, hopefully we can have her again! Read more

First impression was good as we were seated for dinner right away. However things quickly went downhill. We weren?t greeted by... our server for over 10 minutes. When he arrived he had an attitude and rushed us through ordering our drinks and appetizer. Myhusband attempted to order a beer, they didn?t have it. So he tried to order another, they didn?t have it. He finally foundsomething they did have and our drinks and appetizer were in. The appetizer and drinks actually arrived pretty quickly and thedrinks were pretty good as were the wings we ordered. We didn?t see our server again to put in our entree orders for another 10minutes. And he was no where. There were other tables of his that I noticed were looking for him. He finally showed and took ourorders. One of the sides I tried to order they no longer served yet it was still on the menu. I found an alternative and ourorders were placed. Shortly after he took our orders a fight broke out amongst the staff in the kitchen. There were lots ofyelling and screaming and cursing and one individual had to be restrained. It spilled out onto the floor, then a bunch of themall went outside for a solid five minutes to continue this spat, including our server. This included most of the servers andstaff. I thought things were resolved and everyone went back to work until two women showed up and started things up again bythe hostess stand. More yelling, more cursing and threatening bodily harm to one of the servers. This seemed to die down in thenext few minutes. We patiently waited for our food which ultimately took nearly an hour to be served. By the time he brought thefood to the table we had to immediately box everything up to go because we had a movie that we were now running late for. Wedidn?t anticipate being in this restaurant for nearly 2 hours and it taking an hour just to get two steaks. I can?t comment onhow the food tasted when it was hot and fresh. Good food like usual. I love and use the Dine Rewards! The only complaint I have is with the servers when it is time to enter... my phone number. On multiple occasions in multiple locations I gave my phone number for the Dine Rewards and the server did notapply it to the bill. I have to ask multiple times before they do it. As soon as they do I get a email instantly. My onlyguess is that they hope that I won't question it and then they can use that reward for friends or family. Read more
