I went to panera bread for a broccoli cheddar soup, and as i was trying to order (which took forever), the big blonde manager... was cursing and laughing in the back. I went to get sweet tea and returned to the counter because they were out. I spoke to themanager that i mentioned earlier, and he told me he?d refill it. 10 minutes later there?s no sweet tea and he?s back there beingimmature and unprofessional. Read more
I ordered the Baja bowl as the picture is being promoted near the register. I even said, jokingly, I want it to look like the... picture. What I got was a small bowl, downsized to 3/4 full of the worse dish I have ever eaten there or anywhere. ?Rice?granules were hard, maybe from being left over from prep, tomatoes oddly cute with no flavor, almost no chicken, a very largeamount of sour cream, awful flavor. I questioned the size for what I paid and was told that?s what I paid for. When tellingfront counter, I was told sorry about that. Have a nice night. I?ve been a Panera customer for MANY years and I expected betterfood and service and answer to this horrible meal. Don?t know how other Paneras would have treated this, but I won?t return tothis one. Spend Roughly 750 a month here on pastries, bagels, and breakfast sandwiches for business clients. Walked in this morning. Me... and one other person in line. Ask to order 3 breakfast sandwich bundles from girl at counter. Manger walked by and flat out saidwe can?t do it and kept walking. I can assure you they don?t have to worry about business from my company anymore. Zero starswould have been more appropriate. Read more
If they had no stars I would rate it this. This store is completely unprofessional when it comes to speaking to staff over the... phone (they refused to let me speak to a manager) and they are sold out of most items so you can?t even get what you want. I?venever had bad experiences with any Panera except this one. They didn?t put the correct items in my order and they refused tosend me a delivery with the items THAT THEY MISSED. They weren?t even willing to refund me until I called corporate. Don?t gohere. Read more
Very convenient location with terrible customer service and terrible food. After waiting 20 minutes for my order my sandwich had... a dragonfly wing inside. Unbelievable to say the least. They need to shut down and start over with new personnel altogether.Clean up while you're at it! Read more
My friends and I went around 5:30pm for an early dinner and the place was empty. We stood at the register & waited for an... employee to take our orders. 2 men were standing to the side on their phones..ignoring us. After a few minutes a women camefrom the kitchen, she has long hair not tied up and was working with food?!? we just left. Disappointed and disgusted but wewent to the burger place next door which was way cheaper and delicious!! Read more
This location has some of the nicest kindest people. I've gone here many many times with my daughter. I don't often write... reviews, but I've seen the managers and many employees be so kind to each other and customers...and food is always yummy. Goodpeople...good food . Read more
A simple and overpriced sandwich shop never been to a Panera bread before, now I know why. Paying 16$ for a meal that was... incorrect and bland. Customer service needs work. Review would have been lower but they received a 2 for being a clean and calmestablishment. The franchise will have to work on that food if they ever want my business again. Read more
